DELIVERY
Delivery is free to mainland UK.
All items will be dispatched within 24 hours excluding preorders.
We use parcel force as our delivery agent.
We cannot guarantee a exact delivery time slot at present.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Any purchase can be returned within 28 days for a full refund on the basis that it is unused in its original packaging with original receipt.
Unwanted items are returned at buyers expense.
Any items you believe to be faulty please get in touch with us asap, it may be something we can help with over the phone.
Any faulty items will be collected by us and inspected. If the item needs to be replaced we shall do this - if we do not have a like for like replacement we will supply something of the same specification or better.
WARRANT & CARE
We offer a 3 year warranty on all our boards and a 12 month warranty on accessories.
Our Duty of Care below must be adhered to make a valid warranty claim.
A like for like replacement will be offered where there is validated warranty claim, where a like for like replacement isn't available we will replace with the same specification or better
DUTY OF CARE
Boards must not be left fully inflated for more than 24 hours - we recommend you deflate to around 5 psi

After each use it is best practice to clean off the board using fresh water.

Every month add a small amount of lubricant
around the valve, we recommend Vaseline.

The valve can work loose - we suggest that this is regularly checked by using the tool in the repair kit

Do not leave the board in direct sunlight - this can cause damage to materials and can result in blistering on the deck.

It is good practice to lubricate the fin box periodically.

When storing make sure the temperature doesn't drop below 0ºC degrees.

Whilst the boards are very strong and robust be careful
around rocks and sharp objects.
